Our Design Studios

Our design studios are collaborative spaces where strategy meets creativity. By co-designing solutions with you, we ensure they are tailored, sustainable, and reflective of your unique challenges. This approach empowers your team, aligning culture with strategy to drive lasting business success and employee well-being.

Each Design Studio consists of 5-6 two-hour workshops conducted with a small team of leaders* from your organization. Your team will engage in a series of conversations, analysis, and exercises to create a plan tailored to your company. 

Culture Canvas

Through this Design Studio, your team will create a plan to revamp your culture into an environment that enables all of your people to thrive. This plan will include:

  • An updated set of culture anchors aligned with your vision for the culture

  • Action steps to embed and reinforce these anchors into your core processes and systems

  • A defined process with metrics for monitoring the health your culture

Learning Lab

Through this Design Studio, your team will create an organizational learning plan outlining:

  • Key learning questions to guide learning aligned with the organization’s strategy

  • A set of actions and activities to invoke and embed learning in all major functions of the organization 

  • Resources to reinforce learning practices and distribute insights across the organization 

*To deeply engage in this work and ensure it continues after the end of our engagement, we recommend having a team of at least three people in place to facilitate the work at the organization. This does not have to be their sole responsibility, but the percentage of time dedicated to this work should be protected and rewarded to incentivize participation and reduce turnover. Ideally at least one person is a senior leader of the organization.
